Shipping Policy
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. Every order is packed and dispatched by our own in-house team.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on all orders in Pakistan.
Delivery time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of confirmation.
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Other cities and towns: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales, public holidays or weather disruptions.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with the courier's tracking number by email (and SMS where a mobile number is provided).
Order confirmation
Our team may call or message you to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout — orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to reschedule; re-delivery may carry an additional delivery charge.
Damaged parcels
Please check your parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged or the item is wrong or defective, email eshopnimra@gmail.com within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we will arrange an exchange under our Return and Exchange Policy.
